Very good quality, exactly as described! Velcro tabs to keep it in place on a wheelchair work great! It provides good warmth and is very soft. It doesn't stop stronger winds but that isn't what it was designed to do, there are other options for that.
Looks very nice and a good size for the lap and wheelchair. I purchased this item for a Senior Citizen Holiday name draw and this is what the person wanted. I hope they like it!
