Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship to the USA, UK and Canada. Shipping costs will apply based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. 

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

How can I see my past orders? 

How can I track my order? 

We communicate with you every step of the way from the moment your order is placed to time when we ship it to you. Upon ordering, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. When it ships, we will send you another email with tracking information. You can access that in your order, or by following these steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to the homepage and click on your name
  • Click on "Order History"
  • Click on the order number for the order you would like to track
  • Click on the tracking link that appears below each item
